Kelli L regularly posts her results on the site so she can track her progress. Way back when, we used to post everyone’s results everyday. Now there are just too many of you for us to do it, but we invite anyone to track their results online as Kelli does.
Complete the Following for Time:
50 Jumping Back Squats
40 Sit Ups
30 Push Ups
20 Dead Lift (225/ 155)
10 Burpee Broad Jumps
We made some announcements last week about possibly entering a float in this years 4th of July Parade. Tomorrow is the deadline for entering a float so if you would like to participate we need you to sign up ASAP! There is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board. If we don’t have at least 10 people signed up by tomorrow we will have to wait until next year:(
