WARM UP:

2 min of  Jump Rope

Med Ball Warm Up

SKILL:

8 Push Ups, 10 Lateral Hops

6 Squat Thrusts, 8 Low Box Jumps

3 Burpees, 3 Box Jump Overs

WOD:

100 Burpee Box Jump Overs

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

Barbell Triceps Smash, 90 sec each

Barbell Quad Smash, 60 sec each
