Warm up:

Alternating Tabata: Burpees & Kip swings

Skill work:

Set up drill: With a parallettes in front of each foot and the kettlebell in the middle, hide toes underneath parallettes.  Set up for a deadlift, keeping knees behind parallette  

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of:

9 Mountain climbers

7 Deadlifts

5 Toes to bar
