Warm up:

10 yd Frog hop -> 10 yd Crab walk -> 10 Suspended shrugs -> 10yd Bear crawl

Skill work:

Med ball Front Squat: Practice Front Squats with a medicine ball to work on keeping load in front of the body.  Transfer to Dumbbells and try to keep weights on or in front of the shoulders
