15 Hand Release Push Ups

10 Seated Box Jumps

Skill:

Warm Up Back Squat (3-5 sets of Increasing Load & Decreasing Reps)

WOD:

Back Squat:

90% x 1 Rep x 7

Rest Approximately 2 Minutes between Sets

Then:

21-15-9 Reps for time of:

Dumbbell Snatch

Ring Push Ups

Toes to Bar

Cool Down:

Hip External Rotation with Flexion
