Skill:

Review Points of Performance for Box Squats/Spotting

Push Jerk Progression

WOD:

Box Squats:

In 15 Minutes work to 105%ish of Back Squat.  Use Spotters if Necessary.

Then:

16-12-8 Reps For time of:

Front Rack Lunges (135/ 95)

Box Jump Overs

Push Jerks

Cool Down:

Side Hip Smash, 90 sec each
