WARM UP:

CrossFit Warm Up

SKILL:

High Tuck Hanging Knee Raises x5

Seated/From Back Footwork Drills x5

BB Thruster x 5

Low Box Jumps x 5

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 10 Minutes

1 Rope Climb

5 Thruster (75/55)

10 Box Jumps

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

Every 45 sec for 6 rounds total: Lat/Ab Complex (once thru each movement) 

Alternate between “L” and Tuck Version
