Deadlift Progression & Warm Up

Review KB Front Squats

WOD:

21 Push Ups

15 Deadlifts (225/ 155)

9 Kettlebell Front Squats

COOL DOWN:

Double LAX Ball Low Back Smash (2 min)

LAX Ball Glute Smash & Floss (1 min each)
