WARM UP:

2 min of Single Unders

12 PVC Pass Throughs

10 Plank Ups

20’ Inch Worm

10 Kipping Swings

12 Lunge Steps w/ Samson Stretch

SKILL:

Pull Up Review

-Kipping Swings x 8

– 2 Kipping Swings and a Kip x2

– 2 Kipping Swings and a Pull Up x2

– 2 Kipping Swings, a Pull Up, 2 Kipping Swings

– 3 Pull Ups

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 7 Minutes of:

7 Pull Ups

21 Double Unders

ACCESSORIES:

Every 30 sec for 10 rounds (5 min), alternate between max set of deadlifts and push jerks, using same weight for both. Work 15 sec of each 30 sec increment.
