Chris tossing around the Atlas Stones. Ironically, not everything that we need to pick up in the course of our lives is a perfectly balanced barbell. Maybe (just maybe) getting better at lifting odd objects is a great way to prepare for the rigors of life.

after 2+ years at Agoge, that was my first time doing Nancy.
She did not disappoint and she kicked my booty!

Whew… That was the first time that I had done that workout in a while but totally worth it as I PR’d for the first time since living in Montrose.
