Workout of the Day
WOD
21-15-9 Reps for time of:
Thrusters (95/ 65)
Box Jumps
Sit Ups
Rest 5 Minutes and then spend 10 minutes working on your weakness movement.
Open Qualifier WODs will be held on Wednesday evenings at 7 pm and again on Saturdays at 9am throughout the competition. You can still register for the Open here. The absolute deadline for registration as well as completion of WOD #1 is Sunday Feb 26th. (You must perform the WOD in front of an approved trainer – let us know if you need an alternate date.)
We are proud to announce a potential partnership with Borden Farms. We need to have 10 families sign up (online) for the Veggie CSA and request in the remarks section to make CrossFit Agoge your drop off point, then select Montrose Host Home in the checklist below.

I finally made it through a workout of thrusters without killing my back. Thanks JB for the correction. I am still feeling GREAT! I won’t be dreading those anymore.
