WARM UP:

9 Push Ups—> Monkey Bar Traverse 30′

9 Super Slow Squats—> Spiderman Stretch 30′

9 Jump Touch—> Broad Jump 30′

9 Burpees—> Lunge Walk 30′

Push Press

Front Squats

(Use either a light barbell or lighter dumbbells)

SKILL:

3 x Max Set of Double Unders or Max Double Unders in 5 Minutes
