10 Push Ups—> Hurdle Over/ Hurdle Under 30’

Deadlift

WOD:  

Partner WOD, Leap Frog Style

7 Thrusters

7 Burpees

SKILL:

Hang Power Snatch

Cycling Drills followed by working to a 2 Rep Max
