Jump Rope Medley

30 Seconds each for as many different Jump Rope Skills as you know.

Then 3 Times through of:

15 Squats

10 Push Ups

5 Tuck Jumps

SKILL:

Wall Ball

WOD:  

3 Rounds for time of:

30 Wall Ball

30 Box Jumps

60 Double Unders
