Tempo Work:
9 Toes to Bar every minute on the minute for 5 minutes

    did yesterday’s WOD- 2 rounds +24, rx. Shoulders were tight so MU were challenging
    then for tempo work I did 9 WB @ 14# EMOM for 5 min, followed by 25 HSPU for time, 5:03
    No reaching anything on the high shelf for me 😉
