A note on pushing our limits:
Each and every day at CrossFit Agoge, we are going to ask you to do something that makes you uncomfortable, whether it is some crazy contortion of mobility work, or to move a weight or perform a skill that is more than you think you can handle. Yes, you are likely to be sore from this.
So why do we do it? Because without struggle, we are forever doomed to be the same. And, as CrossFitters, being the same is not our goal. So we choose to work. We choose to struggle. We choose to grow. We come in and work as hard as we can to be better than we were yesterday.
