MWOD:

T-Spine Smash, Overhead Extension Bias (2 Min Each, Pg 238/9)

Psoas Smash and Floss Opt 2 (2 Min Each, Pg 294)

WOD:

3 Rounds for time of:

10 Overhead Squats (135/ 95)

15 Toes to Bar

20 Deadlifts

You must be able to take your OHS bar from the ground.  If necessary, use two barbells.

Extras:

Work on rope climbs for 5-7 minutes.
