Pistols require many elements of skill: Strength, Balance, Coordination, Flexibility, Accuracy and Agility. A deficiency in any of these can confound the movement. Working on that aspect of the movement will get us a little closer to an unscaled movement.

Workout of the Day:

Warm Up:

Run 400m

2 Rounds, 8 reps each:

Sit Ups

Hip Extensions

Push Ups

Squats

Pull Ups

Dips

Skill:

Overhead Squat Progression

WOD:

A Full Tabata Each of:

Overhead Squats (45/ 35)

Burpees

Box Jump Overs

Row for Cals

Rest 2 Minutes between exercises, Score by lowest set of each exercise

Max Plank Hold
