Workout of the Day

3 Rounds NOT FOR TIME of:
As many reps as possible of 50% of your 1 rm press
As many reps as possible of wall ball

Take as much time as you wish between rounds. Once you begin a round, progress through it without any breaks (i.e. do all of your presses until you fail and then walk immediately to the wall ball). For the wall ball, your set begins as soon as you pick up the ball and ends as soon as the ball touches the ground.
