Workout of the Day:

Warm Up:
3 Rounds of 5 Reps Each of:
GHD Sit Ups
Hip and Back Combo Extensions
Push Ups
PVC Front Squats
Pull Ups
Dips
WOD:
Every Minute on the Minute:
7 Thrusters
5 Toes to Bar
Chose a weight that will get you approximately 10 rounds.  This is a test to see how well you know yourself as an athlete, what are your limits, how can you push them.
Tempo Work:
Rope Climbs Every Minute on the Minute x 7 Rounds
