Warm Up:

CrossFit Warm Up

Burgener Warm Up

Skill:

Squat Clean

WOD:

In 20 Minutes find a 1 RM Squat Clean

Then

As Many Rounds as Possible in 12 Minutes of:

5 Hang Power Clean @ (30% of Above)

10 Handstand Push Ups

15 Wall Ball

20 Double Unders

Cool Down:

LAX Ball Glute Smash & Floss (90 sec each)

LAX Ball Side Hip Smash (90 sec each)
