Workout of the Day:


Compete 150 Dumbbell Snatches for time:
Every 30 Reps carry the dumbbell to the opposite side of the gym (north/ south)

Weakness Work:

What are you bad at?  Get better at that!

    Open 16.5=> 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 thrusters (65#), bar facing burpees- 26:48
    Slower than 2 years ago, but first time I have done 65# thrusters in a WOD for nearly 2 years. 🙂
    It still hurt the same.
