Four Corner Warm Up:

10 Squats—> Lunge Walk

10 Sit Ups—> Bear Crawl

10 Tuck Jumps—> Broad Jump

20 Grass Hoppers—> Inch Worm

WOD:

Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes:

Odd Minutes: 8 Box Squats (185/ 115)

Even Minutes: 20 Double Unders

Scale weight and DU reps to make sure each set is accomplished with at least 10 Seconds of rest.
