WARM UP:

Sit Ups

Push Ups

PVC Front Squats

Banded Good Mornings

Kipping Swings

SKILL:

T-Spine Overhead Extension Smash (1 min each)

Shoulder Rotator Smash & Floss (1 min each)

Warm Up Front Squat to Workout Weight

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 3 Minutes with a 1 Minute rest x 3

3 Front Squats (155/ 105)

5 Muscle Ups

7 Toes to Bar

 ACCESSORIES:

Spend 10-15 min on a Weakness Movement
