Jonathan has been consistent this past month and the results are obvious. His pull ups are out of control and his coordination on complex movements is really coming along. Most impressive though, is his commitment to improving his air squat. Fundamentals are the foundation of every good thing. Without them, we are lost. Look past them and we are lost. Discount them and you can kiss your full potential goodbye. Good job Jonathan, thank you for the reminder of these key elements of life.
