Barrel Stretch 3 Minutes

Power Snatch

Warm Up your power snatch until you find yourself at what feels like a fairly heavy 3 rep max. Then drop the weight to something fairly light (30-40%ish) and rep out 20. Continue on similarly.

5× 10 seconds on, 10 seconds off-paralette L sit.
