Workout of the Day:

Warm Up:
3 Minutes of Row, Bike, Run or Jump
3x 5 Each:
Sit Ups
Back Extensions
Push Ups
Squats
Pull Ups
Dips
WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 3 Minutes of:
5 Burpees
5 Thrusters (95/ 65)
Rest 2 Minutes, repeat x 3
Cool Down:
Barbell Calf Smash (2 Min Each)
Pec Smash (2 Min Each)
