Group Warm Up:

Jog 200 M forward

200 M Backwards

20 Bandy Good Mornings

20 Hip Circles side steps

10 Pistols Each Leg

20 Box Jumps

20 Sit Ups

MWOD:

Banded Hip Extension (2 Min Ea, Pg 329)

WOD:

Back Squat: 5-5-5-5-5

Subtract to 60% and perform 1 squat/ 1 Good Morning until failure, death, or religious visions (is that the Virgin Mary?!?!?!)…
