1 Rope Climbs
3 Tire Flips
5 Steps Overhead Lunge Walk (75/ 55)
One member of the team will run 400 meters while the other completes their rounds. If the runner returns prior to the last lunge step, they will perform mountain climbers until the last step has been made.
