Banded Hip Circle Steps

SKILL:

Practice Clean & Jerk to Back Squat Position

Warm Up Back Squat to Workout Weight

WOD:

Complete for time:

25 Back Squats (135/ 95)

50 Burpees

25 Back Squats

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

3 x 8 Strict Pull Ups

Banded Hip Extension (2 min each)
