Workout of the Day
Break into four person teams and complete the following for time:
100 Thrusters (45 pounds for everyone, the bar may not touch the ground until the teams reps are completed)
100 Free Standing Hand Stand Push Ups
100 Box Jumps
100 L Pull Ups
100 Jumping Back Squats (45/35, same rules apply to the barbell as in the thruster)
