WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Warm Up:

Ski 90 sec

Mixed Tabata of:

Sit Ups

Squats

PVC Pass Throughs

Hanging Shoulder Shrugs

 

Skill:

Toes to Bar Skills/Drills- 

  1. Partner Kipping Swings Target Drill (one partner holds hand behind as a back target)
  2. Partner Toe Target Drill (one partner is holding Target in front for feet and actively pushes feet down) 

 

WOD:

Every Minute on the Minute x 10 Minutes of:

5 Toes to Bar

10 Front Squats

 

Skill:

Seated See Saw Press (KB or DB) 8×3 rounds each arm

Quad Smash, 90 sec each
