Workout of the Day

In Teams of Two complete 3 rounds of the following for time:
Sprint 200 Feet
Medicine Ball Cleans
Sprint 200 Feet
Thruster (45/ 35)
Sprint 200 Feet
Burpees

One Member of the team will run while the other performs the exercises. When the first sprinter gets back, the second will go. Score by subtracting the total number of reps from the over all time.

Rest 5 Minutes then:
Mobility work
Bully Stretch
External Rotation Ball work
Rhomboid Ball work
