WARM UP:

2x Thru, 30 sec each:

Sit Ups

Stink Bug Push Ups

Goblet Squats

Jump Rope

Ski

SKILL:

KB Shoulder Capsule Mobilization (90 sec each)

Review & Warm Up KB Front Squats

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 2 Minutes x 5

3 Handstand Push Ups

5 Kettlebell Front Squats

7 Lateral Hops

 

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

5 sets of 10 Barbell Good Mornings

5 sets of 10 Abs (your choice)
