Workout of the Day
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
3 Hang Power Cleans
5 Push Press
7 Back Squats
Run 400 Meters
Choose your own weight. Make it challenging, but once you start the round, the weight cannot touch the ground until it is finished. There is a 3 burpee penalty each time the bar hits the deck. Your score total weight on your bar plus the number of rounds competed.
