Char trying to move the bar with the power of her mind… We have all been there; knowing that we have to keep moving, that the reps won’t “do” themselves, but not sure that we can continue, not sure that we can go one more round… And then we do, we find that thing deep inside that won’t let us quit, that thing that drives us on to the last rep. There is power in that last rep. There is power in knowing that it takes a lot to vanquish us. There is power in knowing that the mind can lay a whip to us like a lion tamer when our bodies tell us that there is nothing left. This is the essence of what we do and we are stronger every day for it.
