30 Box Jumps (Use a taller box if possible)

20 Dumbbell Snatch

20 Box Jumps

30 Dumbbell Snatch

10 Box Jumps

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

Seated Glute & Hamstring Smash (2 min each)

Banded Hip Distraction (1 min each)
