No class today through Monday. John and Kelly are off to teach a Kids Cert in Virginia. Have a wonderful weekend. Get out and enjoy it!
Marty and Alexia hitting a workout together. They are just one of our full families that come to the gym. Many of you have even branched out and gotten extended family members to CrossFit both in Montrose as well as other parts of the country. It is one of our greatest joys to know that love the program so much as to share it with those you love.

Have you watched the CrossFit Games? Have you ever desired to be a competitor vying for the title fittest on earth. After this past year’s Games in California, there were many articles touting the financial gains to be had with some exposure to the CrossFit community in such prominent business publications as Forbes. Here is another online article that I feel grasps at the heart of the CrossFit movement and it’s athletes at the elite level. Being friends with many of these folks, I can attest to their level of how busy they are without even taking their own training in thought. Anyway, look for some new and good things to come both from CrossFit globally as well as from CrossFit Agoge in the future.
