Workout of the Day
Tabata: 20 sec on/10 sec off for 8 rounds of each exercise. (You will do a total of 4 min of each exercise before moving on to the next one). Count your repetitions and use the round with the lowest number as your score. For example: If you do 7 rounds of 20 reps and then the 8th round you only do 18, your score is 18.
Run (can’t score this one so just run hard)
Lunge walk (each step counts individually)
