Tairyn has been training hard these days, those that have seen her around the gym have noticed just how speedy she can be on two feet. The rest of the kiddos better look out.

Workout of the Day

3 Rounds of:

Max ring dips immediately followed by 5 rounds of “Cindy” (5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats) for time. Subtract total number of dips from total seconds of Cindy time, add the three rounds together to find your score.
