SKILL:

15 Arch to Hollow Banded Press Downs

10 Kipping Bar Releases

10 Hips to the Bar, Band if Necessary 

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 15 Minutes of:

15 Wall Ball

10 Double Unders

5 Bar Muscle Ups

Run 200 M

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

Row vs Handstand Hold, 5 min- in teams of 2-3, row for max calories. Rowing occurs only while someone is in a handstand hold.
