2 Rounds of 2 min each of the following:
Ball Clean with Wall Ball
Scoring: Write down number of reps completed as calculated below and then add 8 numbers together for total score
BC/WB: Total number completed
FW: Number of laps (~25m) multiplied by 4 (quarter laps count)
PH: Longest number of seconds held within 2 min (ie : 1.5 min = 90)
DU: Total number completed. If doing single jumps, divide total by 4.
