Warm up:

Mixed Tabata

Skill work:

Reverse Limbo:  Using a PVC pipe held horizontally, athletes take turns squatting with their hands above the PVC.  With each round, the bar gets higher (instead of lower as in typical Limbo games) requiring more spinal extension at the bottom of the squat.

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

10 Squats

8 Kettlebell Swings

6 Sit ups
