Warm up:

Switch sides: Divide the group in half and line them up facing each other on opposite sides of the room.  Select a way to cross the space and call “switch!” to signal them to switch sides.

Skill work:

Max vertical jump: Which part of our bodies do we use to jump effectively?  Use a portable pull up bar (or two if you have a huge height differential) to gradually increase vertical height.  Start in symmetrical stance directly under the bar

WOD:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Reps of

Box jump

Hang power clean

Game!
