Warm up:

3 Rounds

2 Forward rolls -> 5 Dot drills -> 5 squats -> 10 Mountain climbers

Skill work:

Lunge walk with a plate overhead

WOD:

With a partner, complete as many laps as possible of

10 yd Leap frog

Partner A: 5 Squats, Partner B: 5 Kettlebell Swings

Partner A: 5 Kettlebell Swings, Partner B: 5 Squats
