Cartwheel over the line: Athletes start a distance back from the line as directed by Trainer. The athlete initiates the “hand-hand” portion of the cartwheel with a goal to get the first foot over the line by reaching the body long away from the planted hands. Distance should be modified to meet the size and relative ability of each athlete and can be extended in subsequent rounds based on success.
