Warm up:

3 Round

2 Forward rolls -> 5 Dot drills -> 15 yd Bear crawl -> 5 Squats

Skill Work:

Sumo Deadlift High Pull – 4 count -> 3 count drill

WOD:

Complete 3 Rounds of 30 seconds of each of the following stations

Wall Ball

Sumo Deadlift High Pull

Box Jump

Push press

Rest 1 minute between rounds
