Warm up:

3 Rounds

1 Handstand roll out -> 10m Crab walk -> 5 Knees to elbows -> 10 Line hops -> 15m Bear crawl

Skill work:

Heel balance drill: Dip-Shrug & Deadlift-Shrug

WOD:

Team Relays: All team members complete each round before increasing the number of reps.

Run 30m  -> 1 Med ball clean -> 1 Wall ball -> Run 30m

Run 30m  -> 2 Med ball cleans -> 2 Wall balls -> Run 30m

Run 30m  -> 3 Med ball cleans -> 3 Wall balls -> Run 30m

Repeat by starting with 1 of each movements, until “Time!” is called.
