Warm up:

20 sec Grapevines
20 sec Sit ups

Skill work:

Reverse Limbo: Cartwheels – Using a jumprope held low to the ground as a hurdle, athletes perform cartwheels over the rope working on keeping torso high enough to clear the rope.  Raise rope as appropriate for the height and ability of each athlete.

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

1 Cartwheel
2 Tuck jumps
3 Hang power Cleans
4 Toes To bar
