Warm up:

5 min AMRAP

3 Pull ups

6 Push ups

9 Squats

Skill work:

Med ball: Dip shrug & Deadlift shrug

WOD:

In groups of 4, AMRAP in a given amount of time of

Med Ball Clean and pass down the line, last person runs it back to the other end.

Before the ball gets back to you, complete 3 sit ups.

Every 2 min, run 100m as a team.
